Where are my documents stored?

Only on your device, in the app’s private storage. Nothing is uploaded — not for text recognition, not for backups. If you delete the app, the documents go with it: use Settings → Export everything to keep a copy.

How do the 5 free pages work?

You can scan 5 pages for free, for life. Viewing, sharing and deleting are never blocked. To keep scanning, Folira Pro is a single purchase: unlimited pages, forever, no subscription.

I bought Folira Pro on another phone / after reinstalling. How do I get it back?

Open Folira Pro (Settings or the banner) and tap “Restore purchases”. The store recognizes your purchase. Family Sharing is supported.

Text recognition got a number wrong.

Recognition runs on your device and is a help, not a source of truth — always check important numbers against the original page. Better light and a flat page improve results.

Something broke or looks wrong.

In the app: Settings → Report a problem. You can attach a screenshot of the previous screen and, if you want a reply, an email. We answer inside the app.

I want to delete the data the app keeps about my device.

Send a message from Settings → Talk to me asking to delete your data. The message carries your anonymous device key, so we can erase everything associated with this device.
