Folira — Terms of Use

By using Folira you agree to these terms. If you use the app through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

1. The app

Folira is a document scanner that stores documents only on your device. It is provided by Leve ("we"). The app requires no account and does not connect to our servers.

2. Free use and Folira Pro

• You may scan up to 5 pages free of charge, once, for the lifetime of the installation on your store account. Deleting documents does not restore free pages. Viewing, sharing and deleting documents are never restricted.
• Folira Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes the page limit forever. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
• Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Prices are shown in the store in your local currency. Refunds are handled by the store.
• You can restore Folira Pro on any device signed in with the same store account (Family Sharing where the store supports it).

3. Your documents

You own your documents. Because they are stored only on your device, you are responsible for backups (Settings → Export everything). We cannot recover documents lost through device loss, reset or app deletion.

4. Recognized text and signatures

Text recognition and signature placement are conveniences. Always check important numbers, names and dates against the original. A signature applied in Folira is an image placed on a page; whether it is legally valid depends on your jurisdiction and the counterparty's requirements.

5. Acceptable use

Use Folira only for lawful purposes and only with documents you are entitled to scan.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published at the address above.
